I agree that a $30 AGM fee is required to complete the registration process. I understand that this fee will be returned to me if I attend the AGM meeting on (date). Should I not attend the fee will not be returned to me. *

I understand that NMMSA is required to register all players with the parent organization according to the set deadlines. To avoid risk of incurring club late fines we ask that the March 20th registration deadline be honored. All player registrations received after March 20th deadline will be subject to a $25 late fee. *

All players registered with NMMSA agree to play for this club for the duration of the 2024 outdoor soccer season. All players agree to abide by the F.I.F.A laws of the game, all other rules and regulations set out by the NMMSA executive and all leagues and soccer associations with which it is affiliated. *
