Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By registering with NMMSA, you agree to these Terms of Service and our program policies. Parents/guardians are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to these terms on behalf of minor participants.

Program Participation

NMMSA provides youth soccer programs in accordance with Ontario Soccer Association guidelines. Participation requires:

• Complete and accurate registration information
• Adherence to our Code of Conduct
• Compliance with safety protocols
• Respect for volunteer coaches and officials

Volunteer Organization

NMMSA is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization registered in Ontario. Our programs rely on community volunteers and parent participation.

Safety and Insurance

All participants must be registered and insured through Ontario Soccer. Parents must disclose relevant medical conditions and provide emergency contact information.

Photo and Media Consent

Separate photo/media consent will be requested for any use of images or videos of participants. Parents/guardians have the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Limitation of Liability

While we maintain insurance and follow safety protocols, participation in soccer activities involves inherent risks. NMMSA's liability is limited as permitted by Ontario law.
